5× Organic Traffic in 90 Days via AI-Augmented Content Engine

Vyoma CRM had zero organic presence in a keyword space dominated by Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. We built an AI-augmented content production engine that published 40 high-quality articles in 90 days, establishing topical authority and generating $240K in organic pipeline.

Challenge

The Challenge

Vyoma CRM was investing entirely in paid acquisition — at a $210 CAC against a $1,800 ACV, the math worked but left no durable moat. Organic search was generating fewer than 800 sessions per month from branded queries only. Competitors owned every non-branded keyword.

The team had tried blogging before but stopped after three months: the content was generic, took 12+ hours per article to produce, and drove no measurable pipeline. The question was not whether to do content — it was whether it was possible to do it at a speed and quality that could break through established competitor authority.

Solution

The Solution

Keyword strategy and gap analysis

Ahrefs competitive analysis revealed that all three major competitors were ignoring a cluster of 340 mid-funnel keywords around "CRM for [specific industry vertical]" and "how to manage [sales workflow]" queries. These had 1,200–4,500 monthly searches and keyword difficulty scores under 35 — achievable for a new domain with the right content depth.

AI-augmented production pipeline

We built a content pipeline using OpenAI GPT-4 as a research and structure assistant, with Surfer SEO for on-page optimization scoring and a human editorial layer for accuracy, voice, and differentiation. Each article went from brief to published in 4.5 hours on average — compared to 12+ hours with a traditional process — enabling a pace of four articles per week.

Distribution and promotion

Every article was repurposed into a LinkedIn thread and an email to a segmented HubSpot list based on the article topic. Internal linking was managed via a Notion-based content map updated after each publish. A Zapier automation notified the sales team when a contact read three or more articles — triggering a manual outreach task.

"We went from non-existent on Google to ranking above HubSpot for three of our most important keywords in three months. The content engine they built is our biggest competitive advantage heading into next year."
