1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KM&N Media LLP ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including RememBro.ai, HostlyMantra, Vyoma CRM, and any related platforms or tools.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Services Description
KM&N Media provides AI-driven marketing infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and automation systems, including:
- —Growth Infrastructure: Marketing automation, data analytics, and performance systems.
- —SaaS Products: RememBro.ai, HostlyMantra, Vyoma CRM, and other software platforms.
- —AI Consulting: Strategic consulting services for AI implementation and growth optimization.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
Certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our services or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with our services are owned by or licensed to KM&N Media LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide our services.
7. Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree to pay all fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KM&N Media LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KM&N Media LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through other communication channels. Your continued use of our services after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
