How We Work
This page is not a brochure. It is a candid description of how we operate — so you can decide before the first call whether we are the right fit.
Most agencies present a polished process slide and call it a methodology. We go further. Below is a detailed account of every stage of the engagement — what we do, what we expect from you, and what you should expect from us. Transparency is a competitive advantage. The clients who work best with us have read this page.
Four phases. No shortcuts.
Discovery & Audit
Week 1We learn your business before we touch your marketing.
The first week is entirely diagnostic. We audit your current marketing infrastructure — ad accounts, analytics setup, CRM, SEO health, content inventory, and conversion paths. We interview your team to understand the sales process, the customer profile, the competitive set, and the growth constraints you are actually working against.
By the end of week one, we have a documented picture of where value is being lost — whether that is poor tracking, weak landing pages, incorrect audience targeting, missed SEO opportunities, or a funnel that breaks at the wrong stage. We share everything we find, not just what we plan to fix.

Strategy & Roadmap
Week 2A 90-day growth plan, built to your specific context.
Week two is the strategy session. Using the audit findings, we build a 90-day roadmap that prioritises the highest-leverage interventions first. We do not present a generic service menu — we present a specific sequence of moves calibrated to your revenue target, your budget, and the constraints your business actually faces.
The roadmap covers channel prioritisation, budget allocation, campaign architecture, content requirements, automation sequences, KPI framework, and the reporting cadence we will maintain throughout the engagement. This is the document we both sign off on. When priorities shift — and they always do — we update the roadmap transparently rather than executing in silence.

Build & Launch
Weeks 3–6Infrastructure built, campaigns launched, feedback loops opened.
Weeks three through six are the build phase. Depending on the scope, this includes setting up or restructuring ad accounts, building and QA-ing landing pages, configuring tracking and attribution, deploying CRM integrations, creating campaign creative, and writing conversion copy.
We launch in sequence, not all at once. The first campaigns are deliberately designed to generate learning data quickly — we test audience hypotheses, creative formats, and offer structures in controlled experiments before scaling what works. By week six, the core infrastructure is live and generating real market feedback. Weekly check-ins keep you informed without requiring your time for daily updates.

Scale & Iterate
Month 2 onwardsOngoing optimisation against real performance data.
Month two onwards is where the compounding begins. We operate on two-week sprint cycles — each sprint has specific improvement targets based on the prior sprint's data. Budget scales behind what is working. Underperforming channels get restructured or paused. New test campaigns run at the margin of the primary budget.
Monthly strategy reviews align the campaign direction with your broader business priorities. Quarterly planning sessions reset the 90-day roadmap. The relationship is designed to get smarter over time — every month of data we accumulate makes the next month's decisions sharper. This is why our retained clients consistently see improving efficiency metrics over six to twelve months, not the performance plateau that typically follows a one-time campaign setup.

What to expect when you engage us
Timeline honesty
We do not promise results in 72 hours. SEO takes 3–6 months to compound. Paid campaigns need 4–6 weeks of data before optimisation is meaningful. We tell you this upfront, set realistic milestones, and deliver against them.
Communication cadence
Weekly written updates, biweekly calls, monthly deep-dives. You are never chasing us for a status. Your account lead is reachable on Slack or WhatsApp during business hours — and they respond to urgent issues the same day.
Team structure
You get a dedicated account lead who owns your growth, supported by specialists in paid media, SEO, content, and automation. No handoff to a junior after the pitch. The people who sell you the engagement are the people who run it.
Who we work best with
Growth-stage companies with a real budget
You have product-market fit and are ready to scale distribution. You have budget to invest seriously and the ambition to see it compounding. You want a system, not a series of one-off campaigns.
Education institutions with admission targets
You have a fixed admission window, a defined target intake, and a budget you can commit to the campaign. You want measurable leads and enrolled students, not just impressions and awareness.
SaaS and B2B tech companies
You are building a pipeline for a considered-purchase product. You need content-led demand generation, performance marketing, and automation working together — not isolated channel campaigns.
Who we do not work with
One-off campaign requests with no strategic context
If you need one Facebook ad set running for two weeks and nothing else, we are not the right partner. Every campaign we run is embedded in a broader strategy. We do not do one-offs.
Businesses that do not want to share business data
We need revenue data, sales pipeline data, and conversion data to do our job properly. If your business is not set up to share this with your marketing partner, we cannot make good decisions on your behalf.
Teams who want to manage the execution themselves
We are not a platform or a tool. We are an execution partner. If you want to run your own ads and just want someone to review them monthly, there are consultants better suited to that model. We own execution end-to-end.
Does this sound like the right fit?
The first step is a 30-minute discovery call. No NDA, no proposal, no deck. We ask about your growth targets, you ask about our approach, and we both decide within the call whether there is a real fit. If there is, we schedule the audit. If there is not, you leave with a clearer picture of what good looks like.
